Online gaming should be fun, not stressful. At 918kisspng, we provide a range of tools and resources to help every player in Malaysia enjoy a balanced, safe, and responsible gaming experience.
918kisspng believes that responsible gaming is the foundation of a healthy and sustainable industry. We don't just provide games — we make sure our players have everything they need to make smart, informed decisions.
For most people, playing on an online platform is an enjoyable form of entertainment — much like watching a movie or going to karaoke. However, we understand that for some, it can become harder to control. That is why we created a comprehensive responsible gaming program — not because we are required to, but because we genuinely care about our players' well-being.
All control tools we provide are accessible directly through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No questions asked, no judgment — just genuine assistance.
All these tools can be activated instantly through your account or by contacting our customer support. No lengthy waiting period required.
Set a maximum deposit limit for yourself on a daily or weekly basis. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically block further deposits until the limit period resets.
Instantly ActiveSet the maximum loss amount you are willing to accept within a given period. Once the loss limit is reached, your account will be temporarily blocked from continuing to play.
Protect Your WalletSet a limit on your gaming session time. The system will send a reminder when your limit is approaching and automatically end the session when time is up — keeping you in check.
Manage Your TimeNeed a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, your account cannot be used to play or make deposits.
Take a Break When You Need ToChoose to exclude yourself from the platform for 1 month to 6 months. Your account will be fully blocked and you will not receive any promotional communications during that period.
Flexible & EasyIf you decide to stop playing permanently, we fully respect that decision. Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened for any reason.
Final DecisionNot everyone realizes when a gaming hobby starts turning into a problem. Here are some warning signs to watch for in yourself or someone you care about. Recognizing these signs early is the most important first step.
If you recognise two or more of the signs above in yourself, we encourage you to use our self-control tools or contact our customer support team right away. Help is always available.
Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, we recommend speaking with our support team.
Have you ever felt the urge to increase your betting amount to get the same level of excitement as before?
Have you ever tried to stop playing but failed even though you genuinely wanted to do so?
Is gaming affecting your relationships with family, friends, or your work or study performance?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold assets solely to obtain money for the purpose of playing?
Do you feel anxious or irritable when trying to cut down or stop playing?
Have you ever lied to others about how much time or money you have spent on gaming?
This assessment does not replace professional advice. If you have concerns, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat for further guidance with no judgment.
